When the plane landed in their hometown, all of the baby’s new family was there to meet him. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins gathered at the airport. Everyone wanted to hold him. They brought gifts and took pictures and video. They welcomed him with open arms and loved him very much.
It was the first day of the rest of their lives. They were wide awake even though they should have been affected by jet lag. It was their baby's first day in America and they didn't want to miss anything.
